Catherine & Alan
Hawaii is one of the World's renounced wedding destinations. People come from many different parts of the Globe to this special location for there wedding celebration. I enjoy being part of there event and love learning about there culture. This one was truly Filipino. You can see an image of the traditional "Money dance" on the end of this post. The bride and groom dance to a Filipino love song or folksong and while they are dancing, the guest will put money in the bride’s mouth. The person who gives the money brings the couple's heads together as if kissing. Sometimes people throw money on the floor or pin the dollar bills on the bride and groom's clothing. The money dance has become a tradition at Filipino weddings in Hawaii. The idea of this is to help contribute to the wealth and happiness of the couple.
Everyone had a blast on there special day. The whole day went really smooth. Catherine looked very beautiful and Alan just couldn't take his eyes off her...

Nora & Jacob
There wedding was absolutely perfect. The ceremony and reception was held at La Pietra which is such a great location. Nora did a wonderful job visioning the decorations for the reception, and even rain showers couldn't disturb the fun. The couple was so relaxed during the whole day and enjoyed every minute, and so did there families and friends. Congratulation Nora & Jacob!

Maura & Patrick
Maura was the sweetest bride. She was smiling the whole day, that's how happy she was. Patrick too, seemed on cloud 9!Family & friends where really warm with me, as if i where part of the Ohana. The reception took place at the Halekulani, but we also took photos at kahala beach and the church where they tied the knot.

Kalei & Phil
Another beautiful wedding. The couple was so down to earth and easy going. Living away from home, Kalei wanted a ceremony next to the ocean. The reception was held in Waikiki. We went down to the beach around sunset time to take a few photos. The colors where so beautiful. There was really high surf that day and we got lucky to get them back dry!

Gwynne & Shay
It's always a treat to travel to another Island for a wedding. Especially to my favorite one, the Big Island! Gwen loves pretty things. The whole set up was absolutely pretty! Everybody that was at the wedding helped making it perfect for them. It was such a lovely group. Gwen & Shay celebrated there 14 year anniversary of being together with 14 diamonds in her wedding band. It was designed in Italy and made it to Hawaii just in time for the big day. Congratulations Gwen & Shay!
